We appreciate your choice and are ready to provide all necessary assistance in case you need to exchange or return the purchased product.
Terms of exchange and return of goods:
1. Term: you have the opportunity to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the day of receiving the order.
2. Product condition:
In order to return a product, it must meet the following requirements:
- Be without mechanical damage.
- Be fully assembled, with all additional accessories that came with the kit.
- Have all tags and factory markings.
3. Methods of exchange/return: we offer two ways to exchange or return a product:
• Return using New Mail: you can send the goods to us using the "New Mail" service. Please note that "Cash on delivery" shipment for returning goods is not accepted.
• A ride to the office: if you choose this method, you can personally deliver the goods to our office at Irpin, str. Soborna 11. This requires prior agreement with our customer service department.
Product exchange/return process:
1. Appeal: to initiate the exchange or return process, please contact our customer service department using the contact details provided on our website.
2. Consultation: our specialists will contact you for details and provide you with all the necessary information.
3. Application processing: After receiving your request for an exchange or return, we will promptly process it and provide you with instructions on the next steps.
4. Refund: the amount of the return will be transferred to the current account from which the payment was made within 5 working days from the moment of receipt of the returned goods.
