Lorraine Ukraine Limited Liability Company (EDRPOU code 39135671), which manages the website https://serversolutions.com.ua/ (hereinafter - "LLC", "Site Administration"), understanding the importance of ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of Personal data of natural persons, concludes with you (hereinafter - "Participant", "User") a Confidentiality Agreement (hereinafter - "Agreement") to determine the procedure for receiving, storing, processing, using and disclosing Personal Data of the Participant by the LLC when the Participant uses the Services of the LLC and the Internet site https://serversolutions.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
To use the Site and Services, the Participant must accept the terms of this Agreement. The Participant has no right to use the Site and the services provided by the Site (hereinafter - "Services") in case of disagreement with the terms of this Agreement.
2. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
"Personal data" means information about a particular Participant that allows identification of that Participant as an individual.
"Publicly available data" - information (including Personal Data) to which a natural person - the owner of this data, has provided access to an unlimited number of persons (including by publication on any Internet site without restricting access to this data) or which, in accordance with this Agreement and/or the current legislation of Ukraine, is not subject to the requirement of confidentiality.
"Cookie" is a piece of data created by the Site and saved on the Participant's computer in the form of one or more files. Cookies do not contain Personal Data and can be blocked by the Participant at any time.
"Services" are any sales offers posted on the Site, provided by the LLC and used by Participants in the manner and under the conditions specified in the Public Offer for such services.
3. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT
3.1. This Agreement defines the procedure for receiving, storing, processing, using and disclosing Personal, Public and other data provided to LLC by the Participant when using the Site and Services.
3.2. By using any part of the Site and the Service, the Participant grants LLC the right to receive, store, process, use and disclose the Participant's Personal Data under the terms of this Agreement.
3.3. This Agreement does not regulate, and the LLC is not responsible for the procedure for receiving, storing, processing, using and disclosing the Personal Data of the Participant by third-party enterprises and organizations that are not owned or controlled by the LLC, and individuals who are not employees of the LLC. even if The Participant gained access to the sites, software, goods or services of those persons using the Site.
3.4. The purpose of receiving, storing, processing and using the Participant's Personal, Public and other data is to protect the interests of the Participant and the Site, as well as to provide the Participant with Services, including the display of targeted, personalized or general information, improving the quality of existing and creating new sites and services provided by the Site .
4. OBTAINING, PROCESSING AND USE OF INFORMATION

4.4. The LLC has the right to store Personal, Public and other data of the Participant in the amount and in the time period necessary for the realization of the purpose specified in this Agreement, or in the time period established by the current legislation of Ukraine, norms of international law, or the legislation of the country of residence or stay of the Participant, or until the moment the Participant deletes this data.
5. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
5.1. LLC undertakes not to provide Personal Data to third parties for commercial purposes without the consent of the Participant to whom these data belong. Transfer of Personal Data to third parties is permitted in the following cases:
- after receiving the consent of the Participant to whom this information belongs;
- if it is necessary to transfer Personal Data for the purpose of fulfilling the Participant's order or request;
- upon justified requests of government bodies that have the right to receive such data;
- in the event that, in the opinion of the LLC, the Participant violates the terms of this Agreement and/or other contracts and agreements between the LLC and the Participant.
5.2. The Participant allows the LLC to grant permission to other companies with which the LLC has concluded relevant agreements, to receive, store and process data about the Participant (except for Personal Data), such as the Participant's IP address, cookie files, as well as statistical information about the Participant's activity in order to improve the quality of the provided these companies provide services and information of an advertising nature.
5.3. The Participant agrees that the confidentiality of data transmitted via the Internet is not guaranteed and in the event that access to this data is obtained by third parties outside the zone of technical means of communication under the control of the LLC, the LLC is not responsible for the damage caused by such access.
5.4. The Participant has the right to request, change or delete his Personal Data accessible by the LLC. For this, the Participant must submit a corresponding request by sending it to the contact address of the LLC specified on the Site, if another independent way of requesting, changing or deleting Personal Data is not provided for by the technical capabilities of the Site.
5.5. The Site service provides for making and/or receiving payments by the Participant using third-party payment systems that are not subject to the LLC and have their own terms of use and privacy policy.
6. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT
6.1. LLC hereby informs that the Participant, as a subject of personal data, has the rights provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", namely:
1) to know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (residence) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give an appropriate mandate to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except for cases established by law;
2) receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
3) to access your personal data;
4) to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, an answer on whether his personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
5) present a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of his personal data;
6) make a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of your personal data by any owner and administrator of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;
7) to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of them, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or dishonors honor, dignity and business reputation natural person;
8) file complaints about the processing of personal data with the Commissioner or the court;
9) apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS
7.1. LLC has the right to amend this Privacy Agreement. All changes made to the Agreement will be available in the form of a new version of the Agreement. All changes to the Agreement take effect from the moment of their publication on the Site. By using the Services or the Site, the Participant confirms his agreement with the new terms of the Agreement in the version in effect at the time the Participant uses the Services and/or the Site.
7.2. LLC is not responsible for damage or losses suffered by the Participant or third parties as a result of misunderstanding or misunderstanding of the terms of this Agreement, instructions or instructions on the procedure for using the Site, regarding the procedure for posting data and other technical issues.
7.3. In the event that any part of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the other parts of the Agreement remain valid. 7.4. The legislation of Ukraine applies to this Agreement and the relationship between the LLC and the Participant arising in connection with the use of the Site. Each party expressly agrees that the relevant courts of Ukraine shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims, disputes or disagreements relating to the Agreement and the use of the Site.
